PRO FOOTBALL DRAFT TRAINING

When:  Upon completion of college season

Pro Football Combine Training
The eight weeks of intense preparation is designed to improve your speed, strength and skills specific to the testing at the professional football scouting combine. Ignition is built on results-driven methodologies and authentic relationships which is why each program is uniquely suited to the needs of each athlete. The combination of individualized attention along with intense group sessions gives athletes the “total package” opportunity to focus on improvements in areas most needed for combine test day. Ignition athletes reap the benefits, and results will be marked by improvement in each test they will perform at the combine.

Pro Day Training
Once the professional football combine is over we will help you prepare specifically for drills that will help you shine at your pro day.  We will detail your training to maximize your exposure to scouts in attendance. Our goal is for you to master every professional football combine drill, but should there be any specific drill you want to improve upon, we will focus your training accordingly.

VETERAN OFF/PRE-SEASON TRAINING

The off/pre-season may be the most critical time for athletes to gain a competitive edge. Ignition’s off/pre-season training program includes 4 days of speed, power, and agility training per week. Time in the weight room will be spent to build strength and power, while time on the turf will bridge the gap from the weight room to the playing field by enhancing speed, agility, and sport-specific movements. The biggest difference in the off/pre-season program at Ignition in comparison to the off-season is the customized conditioning program specific to your sport. This conditioning program will focus on adequate work-to-rest ratios to help build the athlete’s aerobic capacity. Not only do we make the program position specific, but we also incorporate game type situations that will enable you to perform at your best.

PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL TRAINING

Our holistic approach to training and career development covers all training needs a player would need during their off-season preparation including speed, agility, power, strength, and flexibility.

PRO BASEBALL TRAINING

The off-season may be the most critical time for athletes to gain a competitive edge. Ignition’s Professional Baseball off-season training program includes 3 days of strength, speed, power, and agility training per week and 2 days of active recovery focused on mobility, flexibility, and stability. Time in the weight room will be spent building strength and power, while speed and agility work will bridge the gap from the weight room to the playing field.  A customized conditioning program that develops both the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems and institutes adequate work to rest rations will help each player meet the demands of their position. Ignition is built on results-driven methodologies and authentic relationships which is why each program is uniquely suited to the needs of each athlete.

PROFESSIONAL PLAYER TRAINING

Professional Player Training is an offering of Ignition APG that incorporates its proprietary approach to performance trianing. Athletes from all major professional sports are part of this elite level programming that focuses on speed, agility, and strength. Programs are detailed and individualized to each athlete and their off-season, pre-season, or in-season performance needs.

COLLEGIATE TRAINING

USE YOUR SUMMER TO GAIN AN ADVANTAGE

Training programs for our college prep and college athletes are offered throughout the summer as well as in conjunction with off season efforts throughout the year.

COLLEGIATE TRAINING

Ignition’s Collegiate Training program is an intense 10-week progression that will enable athletes to maximize their performance. The training program consists of a 5-day-a-week schedule with over 2 hours of concentrated speed and strength sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and recovery/mobility on Tuesday/Thursday. The strength sessions will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and attention to functional movement patterns. On top of conditioning the athlete to a new level, the speed sessions will enhance sport-specific movements, increase linear speed, and improve agility and reaction time. The Ignition staff individualizes each program to fit the athlete’s needs, goals and sport-specific movements. Ignition has been proven to yield drastic results in many athletes from some of the top schools in the nation.

BURST ®

TRAIN WHERE THE PROS TRAIN

Training programs are designed to deliver customized, results-oriented training techniques with the overall focus on safety and injury prevention. Ignition specialists will assess each athlete’s ability, strengths and weaknesses in order to target the proper training program and specific areas for improvement. Athletic Development Training, Total Elite, and 4.2 performance training demonstrate all three training programs of athlete development for ages 12-18. ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

ADT specifically focuses on developing athletic foundations in the areas of speed, agility, quickness, and power. It is centered on learning proper mechanics and increasing the athlete’s capacity to meet the demands of their sport. Training is customized towards the need of the athlete, the sport he or she plays, and even as defined as their position in that sport. Pre/post data is captured each training block to set a standard for the athlete and track improvement throughout the program.

TOTAL ELITE

Total Elite training is for High School athletes who have already developed most functional movement patterns and/or have excelled through the Ignition ADT program. Training focuses on speed, agility, quickness, power, core, and flexibility in a progressed program based on advanced athleticism and larger work capacity. Pre/post test data is captured each training block to set a standard for the athlete and to track improvement throughout the program. Every athlete must have completed an ADT training block or passed a pre-test evaluation for the Total Elite program.

4.2 PERFORMANCE TRAINING

The 4.2 Performance training program is designed to serve the highest level of high school athletes as they prepare to play at the collegiate level. Using the same training program as our professional athletes, the 4.2 program uses a specific blend of Speed, Agility, Power, and Strength training to maximize the potential of each athlete and prepares them to compete at the highest level as soon as they step on campus. This program is specifically for high school seniors who have signed a letter of intent to play on a collegiate level.
