HIGH SCHOOLS

Ignition’s High School training program is a direct partnership with the individual high school and its athletic department to provide sport specific training modules used to optimize individual strength, speed, power, agility, conditioning, and mobility of the student athlete. With nationally certified coaches we provide scientifically driven strength and conditioning programming, supported by data analytics and backed by proven results. By partnering with Ignition APG to provide a certified strength and conditioning specialist to your student athletes, you ensure the safety and development of the total student athlete while preparing them to compete at the highest level of competition.
