Over the last six weeks Jeremy Hamilton has been hard at work with Performance Coordinator Ted Borgerding at Ignition, focusing on improving speed, power and core strength. Jeremy is a local product from Princeton High School and is preparing for his junior year at Wright State University. It was Jeremy’s head baseball coach at WSU who advised him to get into the program at Ignition. He was selected to the USA Baseball team this past summer as one of the top college baseball players in America. He is projected to be a top pick in the 2008 MLB Draft. Take a look at what Jeremy has said about the experience he had at Ignition.
"Ignition has helped me take my game to the next level in just six weeks of training. In that short time I have noticed improvement in my power and explosive strength. I shaved 5 tenths off of my sixty time. (7.3 to a 6.8) I couldn’t have worked with a better coaching staff than I did at Ignition. They treat you like family and are determined to make you a better player. If you want to get better take your game to Ignition where the results are guaranteed." - Jeremy Hamilton
