Coach Addrian Frederick joined Ignition APG as Performance Specialist in August 2017 directing Franklin Road Academy’s strength and conditioning program (Nashville, TN). In addition, he will assist with the Operation 53 combine and pro day training in Nashville.
Frederick comes to Ignition from the University of Texas (Austin) where he worked directly with the college’s football program. Prior to his time at UT, Frederick was an Assistant Strength Coach for the University of Louisville’s football program. During his time at Louisville, Frederick also served as the Strength Coach for the Track and Field team working with the jumps and vaults crew (men and women).
Frederick received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN. He was a 4-year starter and All-American for the Little Giants. He also received his Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology (concentration-Strength and Conditioning) from the University of Louisville. Frederick holds certifications from the CSCCA (SCCC), Owens Recovery Science (Blood Flow Restriction Therapy) and Ignition Speed System (ISSC).
